Topgus:

PO Layana has been doing a great job at NS Rota and has been a good example to many, especially young shipmates. His contributions have been both personal and professional to his commands and community. I am very proud of his achievement and his command by making the efforts in recognizing his performance. Recognition of efforts and outstanding personnel like Layana, make the greatness of our Navy. It makes me proud to be an American and to be a part of the greatest fleet in the world.

Good on you shipmate; we are proud of you!
